2006 - 2007 Villa Rates
To ensure your privacy during your stat at Shoreham Green Villa, the Villa is booked on a weekly basis to your party alone. Five Bedroom pricing for up to 10 guests is listed below. However, the Villa does accommodate 14 guests in Seven Bedrooms, each with a Private Bath. We have
priced the additional two bedrooms separately to allow for planning to your specific size of group. For groups larger than 10, simply add rooms as needed to a maximum occupancy of 14.

FIVE BEDROOM RATES: (Up to 10 Guests)
Summer Rates 7 nights
May 01 - December 14 - $5,495.00
Winter Rates 7 nights
December 15 - April 30 - $6,495.00
Stays of less than seven nights or additional nights are available to a maximum of four nights at the following five room rates:
Summer $745.00/night
Winter $875.00/night
Rates quoted for 10-14 guests: Full use of Villa and all amenities. Full Staff: Villa Manager/Concierge, Butler, Housekeeper, Cook, Laundress, Gardener, Welcome cocktails and activities briefing.

(All guests arriving and travelling together for airport transfer. Service provides van and driver for Port Antonio and surrounding area.)
